As the face of Creams Croydon, you will be responsible for the overall performance and profitability of the store. You will bring energy, drive and strategic focus to the role, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly while keeping a close eye on the bigger picture - growing sales, optimising margins, and maintaining tight control over budgets.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a high-paced environment and can lead by example to inspire and develop a passionate team. You will be confident in analysing financial reports, setting targets, and implementing initiatives that drive both revenue and efficiency. Your ability to identify opportunities, streamline costs and make data-driven decisions will be critical to your success.
