About the Role

This is a senior leadership position. You'll be the face of the venue--driving standards, developing your team, and delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate the business with ownership, passion, and professionalism Act as the front-facing leader of the restaurant Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance Manage P&L reporting and ensure commercial targets are met Maintain stock control and manage supplier relationships Drive sales through guest experience, local engagement, and marketing strategy Maintain exceptional standards of service and team development Manage bookings, service logistics, and guest flow

Lead and oversee private dining and events, ensuring every occasion--whether corporate, social, or celebratory--meets the highest standards

About You

We're looking for someone with experience, vision, and a commitment to delivering excellence.

You'll bring:

Experience in a similar General Manager or senior hospitality role Strong commercial awareness and leadership ability In-depth drinks knowledge (WSET Level 2 or higher preferred) Knowledge of food safety, allergens, and compliance A passion for training, motivating, and developing high-performing teams The ability to lead from the floor, always present and proactive Excellent communication and organisational skills A results-driven mindset with an eye on quality and growth Proven experience in managing events and private hire with a focus on guest experience
