A vibrant, busy restaurant is seeking a passionate and driven General Manager to take the reins and take of a busy restaurant in the heart of Covent Garden's Theatre district
What You'll Be Doing:
- Driving service standards and ensuring seamless operations during busy periods.
- Motivating and developing a good team to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Overseeing the kitchen and maintaining high-quality food standards.
- Managing budgets, cost control, and achieving financial targets.
- Implementing effective training to enhance team performance and guest satisfaction.
- Proven experience as a General Manager in a fast pace, casual dining setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and elevate team performance.
- Financial acumen and a track record of hitting KPIs and managing costs effectively.
- Hands-on approach with a deep understanding of busy restaurant dynamics.
- Passion for hospitality, with the drive to maintain and improve service standards.
