A proven leader with a love for genuine hospitality Obsessed with quality - from ingredients to guest interactions Commercially astute, with experience managing P&L, stock, and team performance Thrives in an independent, fast-paced environment Excited by great seafood, local produce, and sustainable sourcing Comfortable running a busy pub that balances locals, diners, events, and private hires
