Vanworx is one of the UK's leading bespoke campervan conversion specialists. We're a fast-growing, dynamic business working at the cutting edge of leisure vehicle design and production. We're looking for an experienced and driven General Manager to lead our Portland facility -- someone with strong leadership skills, a sharp operational mind, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee production and workshop teams, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows Identify and implement process improvements to drive productivity and reduce waste Manage budgets and monitor performance to ensure financial targets are met Support staff development and ensure a positive and motivated working culture Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance across the operation Work collaboratively with the senior management team on strategic planning and growth

What We're Looking For:

Proven management experience in a production, automotive, or manufacturing environment Strong understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and operational KPIs A proactive, solution-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving skills Confident leadership style with the ability to motivate and support others Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Experience in the leisure vehicle or campervan industry is a bonus but not essential
