Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a General manager at Eagle Hire Ltd located in Glasgow. The General manager will be responsible for overseeing day to day operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction and helping drive business growth. The role also involves developing and implementing strategies to achieve company goals and objectives, working closely with the Senior Management Team.
Qualifications
Leadership, team management and Decision-Making skills Experience in Operations Management and Customer Service in the hire industry Financial Budgeting and Strategic Planning Skills Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution abilities Knowledge and Understanding of Plant and Tool Equipment and Hire Products
