General Manager
Job Description
We are now recruiting for the next General Manager of The Queen's Head, Kingston.
With 10 beautiful bedrooms and a prime position at the heart of the community, The Queen's Head attracts both loyal local guests and visitors from further afield. Food is to be a key focus here, with huge opportunity for growth through our Suburban Londoners menu concept.
The next General Manager will have the chance to build on some strong foundations and really shape the food and community offer.
We are looking for a leader who thrives on being front and centre in the business - engaging with guests, supporting the team, and ensuring every detail is delivered to the highest standard.
You'll need:
Exceptional hospitality skills and attention to detail.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and structure a team.
Flexibility to adapt to both the community trade and the hotel operation
Previous experience with rooms would be useful but is not essential. What matters most is energy, enthusiasm, and a drive to create memorable experiences for every guest.
This is a live-in role with a two-bedroom manager's flat (second bedroom is small).
