We serve up fresh, fast, Greek flavour-packed food - and we're now looking for an experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead our team and take our operation to the next level.
The Role:
As General Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all daily operations, managing staff, driving sales, and maintaining the high standards we're known for. You'll be a natural leader with a passion for food, service, and people.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a small team across front and back of house
Ensure exceptional customer service and food quality
Manage rotas, inventory, and suppliers
Handle recruitment, training, and performance management
Oversee health & safety, hygiene, and compliance standards
Monitor sales, costs, and profitability
Create a positive, motivating work environment
What We're Looking For:
Experience managing in a fast-paced hospitality or food service environment
Strong leadership and communication skills
A hands-on, can-do attitude
Ability to thrive under pressure and solve problems quickly
Knowledge of food hygiene standards and safety regulations
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 34,000.00 per year
