Fantastic opportunity to manage our family leisure experience at The Carlton Centre in the city of Lincoln.

Previous managerial experience in a hospitality setting is essential.

Full training will be given and relevant courses will be provided if required. For example; first aid and basic food/ hygiene certification.

Responsibilities include:

Keyholder responsibilities Managing the day to day operations of the park Cash handling Weekly Rotas and Staff training Payroll HR & Recruitment Customer relations Stock ordering and control Kitchen and cafe management of the 140 cover Jurassic Jungle cafe. Social media and marketing planning with senior management. Working in a busy kitchen preparing and serving food when necessary.
Necessary Skills Include:

Good communication and leadership Confident with communication platforms such as phone, email and social media. Knowledge of Microsoft word and excel Good organizational skills and time keeping Good at operating under pressure and thrives in a busy and diverse environment Reliable and trustworthy

This is a challenging and diverse role, requiring basic I.T skills for office management to more physical requirements such as food preparation in a busy kitchen and maintenance of the trampoline arena and soft play equipment. The park is open seven days and requires flexible working hours over the working week, weekend availability is essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 36,000.00-38,500.00 per year
