General Manager
Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen and front of house
- Manage and coordinate food production and service
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train and supervise staff members
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Experience:
- Proven experience as a General Manager in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food production
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
