We're on the lookout for

General Managers

who love pubs, live hospitality, and believe in running sites that feel genuinely welcoming for everyone.

About the role

As a PubLove GM, you'll lead the show at one of our seven unique sites. Each one is different, but all share the same beating heart - good beer, great food, buzzing atmosphere, and brilliant people.

You'll be responsible for:

Running a profitable, guest-loved pub and hostel Leading and developing a high-performing team Creating a safe, clean, welcoming environment Driving food & drink sales and operational excellence Keeping the hostel side of things running smoothly Playing your part in the wider PubLove leadership team

About you

You'll have:

Solid experience managing a busy pub or hospitality venue A natural leadership style - calm, confident, fair A head for numbers and a heart for people A passion for hospitality and delivering great guest experiences Energy, organisation, and a sense of humour

Hostel experience is a bonus - but not essential.

Pay: 38,000.00-42,000.00 per year
