Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the hospitality industry, with a particular focus on food safety, culinary excellence, and team management. Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food production, service, and hospitality. Manage kitchen staff and front-of-house teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Implement and maintain food safety standards and hygiene practices in compliance with regulations. Suggests menus developments that reflect current trends while maintaining quality and cost-effectiveness. Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders to ensure seamless operations. Train and mentor staff in food preparation techniques, food safety, and customer service excellence. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction. Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members to promote growth and development. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and special offerings effectively.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a General Manager role within the restaurant or hospitality sector, for at least 2 years Previous supervising experience is essential, with demonstrated skills in team management, at least 2 years Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices is required Food safety and Health & Safety qualifications are preferred Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on motivating and developing staff members. Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment such as medium to high volume food courts is preferred Background in hotel or barista settings would be beneficial but not mandatory. A passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences while maintaining operational excellence.
