General Manager, The Breakfast Group

The Breakfast Group is proud to operate an award-winning group of some of London's most exciting bars. With over 30 years of experience in the industry and a fantastic team behind us, we know how to show London a good time.

We are now looking for a talented and enthusiastic General Manager to join our close-knit team.

The ideal candidate would have an excellent understanding of the following:

Hosting a room, providing warm and engaging customer service. KPIs including stock control and GP targets, and managing wage budgets within different departments. Working with the sales and marketing team to drive sales and increase top-line revenue. Contributing creatively to menu design. Managing a team of 10-20 staff. Working with a variety of different corporate and private clients to deliver excellent private parties and corporate events. Have a confident understanding of UK licensing, food hygiene and health and safety legislation.
