About Us

We're a growing B2B marketing agency. As we scale, we're looking for a reliable and capable freelance General Manager to support daily operations and help grow the business.

The Role

This is a hands-on leadership position working closely with the founder. You'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing client accounts, leading prospect calls, reviewing work before delivery, and supporting recruitment. The ideal candidate is organised, detail-oriented, confident with clients and prospects, and experienced in improving systems for small agencies.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day agency operations and workflows Lead discovery and intro calls with prospects Manage and support client accounts and onboarding Review marketing deliverables for quality before sending to clients Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new team members Identify and implement improvements in systems and processes

What We're Looking For

Experience in a similar role in a marketing, creative, or B2B agency Strong communication skills and client-facing confidence Detail-focused, highly organised, and proactive Familiarity with tools like Basecamp, HubSpot, and Google Workspace Available for 15-20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with some UK working hours overlap
