GENERAL MANAGER - XF CLUBS, Merry Hill

XF in Merry Hill and we are not here to blend in. Next-level strength floor, performance cardio, HYROX-style conditioning, reformer, recovery spaces, live energy, no-boring-gyms. This will be the training club in the area.

General Manager

who can match that standard. Not a caretaker. Not a clipboard. A leader.

Somebody who:

Brings real energy - on the floor, with the team, with members. Runs a club like an elite operation: sharp, organised, on top of everything. Refuses to walk past "average". Loves people, performance, and results in equal measure.

THE ROLE

You'll be responsible for:

Club standards - Every inch of the club immaculate. Lighting, music, kit, cleanliness, energy. You see everything. Member experience - From first tour to long-term loyalty. High-touch, personal, proactive. You know names, stories, and you're present on the floor. Team leadership - Recruit, coach and develop a 5? team (front of house, sales, PTs, coaches). Clear expectations. High accountability. No passengers. Sales & growth - Drive membership, deliver campaigns, convert leads, build local partnerships and hit targets with confidence - not desperation. Operations & compliance - Timetables, H&S, audits, rota, stock, maintenance. Tight, efficient, zero drama. Commercial performance - You understand the P&L and make smart decisions: retention, yield, secondary spend, labour control.
You are the heartbeat, host, fixer, operator and standard-setter of the club.
