General Manager

to mobilise a new brand new B&I contract in

London

Location:

London,

EC2M 3AB

Working Pattern:

Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week shifts between: 7.30am - 4pm, 8am - 4.30pm

Rate of Pay:

45,000 - 48,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, develop and manage a team of 6 Holding regular feedback sessions with customers and clients to ensure we are exceeding their food service expectations Develop and sustain strong working relationships with the relevant clients at the individual business Ensure the site achieves the financial targets agreed with the client in line with the budget Ensure excellent service provided for on site hospitality and events Manage a delivered in catering operation

Our Ideal Candidate will have:

B&I contract catering experience Will be hands on and a manager who can lead from the front line Excellent communication skills Strong team and client leadership skills
