About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead operations at our charming boutique hotel and wedding venue. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in both hospitality and events management. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, growing wedding/event bookings, and ensuring the smooth daily running of the venue.

What You'll Do:
Oversee hotel, dining, bar and event operations
Lead and manage a small, dedicated team
Coordinate weddings and private functions
Maximise occupancy and event revenue
Handle budgeting, cost control, and supplier management
Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and compliance

What We're Looking For:
3+ years in hotel, events, or hospitality management
Confident managing weddings or large events
Strong leadership and communication skills
Financial and administrative know-how
Experience with booking/PMS systems and Microsoft Office
Personable, detail-focused, and calm under pressure
Flexible availability (weekends/evenings required)
