How you'll power our business as a General Manager - Operations

At Flogas, we're on a mission to deliver outstanding performance across our regional operations. As a key leader in this role, you'll drive excellence by championing customer service, operational efficiency, safety, and a culture of continuous improvement. You'll lead and inspire a high-performing team committed to doing things right the first time, every time. Working across a matrix of operations and support teams, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring we remain the number one choice for customers in the region.



Here at Flogas, we may have a fossil fuels background, but we're working towards delivering 100% renewable energy to our customers by 2040. We're already supporting our customers to reduce their carbon emissions, by helping them make the switch from oil to gas. We're also developing our offering for technologies such as heat pumps and solar panels, beginning to help our customers reduce their energy consumption and evolving new bio-fuels and renewable gases. What we'll need from you

Experienced in managing multi-site, distributed operations with a clear focus on delivering results A supportive and empowering leader who enables teams to achieve their best Emotionally intelligent, with the ability to build strong, inclusive, and high-performing teams Proven experience in driving ongoing improvement and operational efficiency Skilled in delivering change thoughtfully and effectively Strategic in outlook, with attention to detail when it matters Committed to customer satisfaction, aligning operations with evolving service needs Experienced in leading through change and nurturing a high-performance culture Strong communicator and collaborator, able to build trust at all levels Confident using technology to support smarter, more efficient working Excellent at building relationships and managing diverse stakeholders A proactive individual who takes initiative and follows through Adaptable and comfortable working in dynamic, changing environments Capable of working independently, setting clear goals and delivering results
