This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll combine strategic vision, commercial acumen, and operational expertise to drive growth, profitability, and excellence.

What you'll do:

? Develop and deliver business strategies in line with Group objectives

? Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless, high-quality project delivery

? Drive commercial success through robust contract, tender, and pricing management

? Inspire and develop a high-performing team with a collaborative, accountable culture

? Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a senior ambassador for Piper Services

? Champion the highest standards of health, safety, and quality compliance

What you'll bring:

? Significant senior leadership experience in engineering, fabrication, or industrial services

? Strong P&L management skills with a proven record of achieving commercial targets

? Excellent operational and project management background

? Natural leadership style with the ability to build, motivate, and develop talented teams

? Solid understanding of the industrial energy, utilities, or infrastructure sectors

? Confident communicator and relationship builder at all levels

Desirable

? Chartered status with a professional body (e.g., IMechE, IEng)

? Experience working across group or multi-subsidiary organisations

? Familiarity with MSP, Primavera P6, or similar
