We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee operations in our bar & kitchen. Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all areas. Oversee food preparation and production processes, maintaining compliance with food safety regulations. Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and professional growth. Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth. Monitor stock levels Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of service is maintained. Collaborate with marketing team to promote events and special offerings.

Skills

Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of bartending practices, food preparation, and production techniques. Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams. Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations. Exceptional communication skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Proficient in kitchen operations, including cooking techniques and equipment usage. A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
