General Manager – Premium Independent Restaurant

London, United Kingdom

Job Description

General Manager- Laid-back, Independent Restaurant
Soho, London
50,000 - 60,000
We're on the hunt for a passionate, driven and people-focused General Manager to lead one of Soho's most exciting restaurants.
This is not your average high street brand - it's a unique opportunity to take the reins of a stunning Open-fire kitchen with a seasonal menu and a thoughtfully curated natural wine list. This business thrives on creativity, personality and a genuine love of hospitality.
What we're looking for:

  • A confident and experienced General Manager from a restaurant background (this isn't a branded or corporate role)
  • Someone with a strong food and wine knowledge, and a real appreciation for fresh, ingredient-led cooking
  • A natural leader who inspires their team, creates a warm, welcoming environment, and knows how to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Someone commercially savvy - confident with stock, rotas, financials and delivering results
  • A hands-on, energetic presence on the floor with great attention to detail and a love of service
What you'll get:
  • A competitive salary up to 60,000
  • Creative input and autonomy to help shape the future of the restaurant
  • The chance to be part of a progressive business with real values
  • A supportive and collaborative working environment with a strong sense of purpose
If you're ready to step into a leadership role with more heart, more flavour and more independence - we'd love to hear from you.
