The Works

As General Manager, you'll take full ownership of the day-to-day operations across both Vics and The Vine, leading service, supporting your teams, and driving exceptional guest experiences around the clock.

You'll be responsible for:

Leading and inspiring large, multi-skilled teams Managing operations across casual dining and late-night entertainment Maintaining high standards in service, safety, and compliance Driving venue profitability and long-term growth Fostering a welcoming and high-performing team culture Ready to make your mark?
