What you'll do

As General Manager, you'll take full ownership of the day-to-day operation, leading by example and creating an environment where both guests and team members feel valued. You'll oversee service, people, standards and performance, ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

You'll work closely with the kitchen and front of house teams to drive consistency, motivate the team and continuously improve how we operate.

What we're looking for as a General Manager

Proven experience in a General Manager or senior management role within hospitality Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop and retain a high-performing team Excellent operational knowledge, with a sharp eye for detail and standards Commercial awareness and confidence managing budgets, rotas and performance A hands on, approachable leadership style and a genuine passion for hospitality
