Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to drive our Nissan / Ford AR dealership in Rhyl. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the franchised motor industry. This role requires excellent leadership skills to build a stable and successful team, deliver excellent customer service and achieve performance targets and objectives.

Requirements and Responsibilities

Proven experience in a managerial role within the franchised motor industry. To be process driven to ensure the smooth running of sales and aftersales departments. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
