Develop event timelines, manage technical and production schedules, and coordinate transportation and logistics for talent, equipment, and staff.
Health & Safety Compliance:
Ensure that all events are compliant with health and safety regulations, including crowd control, emergency planning, and venue security.
Post-Event Evaluation:
Conduct debriefs after each event, gathering feedback from clients, staff, and attendees to identify areas for improvement and enhance future events.
