Team Leadership:

Manage and coordinate event staff, including ushers, technical support, security, catering teams, and any contractors, ensuring everyone is aligned with the event's objectives.

Health & Safety Compliance:

Ensure that all events are compliant with health and safety regulations, including crowd control, emergency planning, and venue security.

Post-Event Evaluation:

Conduct debriefs after each event, gathering feedback from clients, staff, and attendees to identify areas for improvement and enhance future events.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in event management, preferably within the entertainment or live events sector. Experience working in large-scale venues is a significant advantage.
