We are now seeking a

General Manager

to lead daily operations, drive membership growth, and create a positive, motivating, high-energy environment that members genuinely love returning to.

Position Overview


The General Manager is responsible for the overall performance, standards and profitability of the facility, with a focus on:

Membership sales Customer experience Staff leadership and performance Strict adherence to Transform Hub systems and processes
You will be the face of the Hub; visible on the floor, leading from the front, setting the pace for both staff and members. You will go first on hard things, inspire through action, and keep your team close with clear communication and respectful candour.

You will be personally accountable for the success of the site, working directly with the Owner to deliver both outstanding results and a powerful community culture.

Key Responsibilities



Leadership & Culture



Lead by example, be visible, proactive, and the face of the Hub Create a fun, positive, high-energy environment Build a culture of teamwork, accountability, and respectful candour Support members and staff to #BeMore Coach sessions when required and set the bar with a high-standard personal training delivery

Sales & Growth



Meet and exceed all sales quotas Deliver daily sales training, role plays, and performance tracking Ensure consistent follow-up on leads, conversions, reactivations, and upsells Monitor Databox, HubDash, payment status, and contracts

Client Journey & Retention



Ensure all client journey and retention strategies are followed Oversee exit interviews, member engagement, and attendance Audit coaches and retention managers for full compliance

Operations Management



Maintain a clean, organised, fully functional facility Monitor daily checklists, reports, staff schedules, and tasks Enforce brand standards, franchise processes, and confidentiality

Staff Management



Weekly team meetings, coaching sessions, and 1-to-1s Oversee training, rotas, HR processes, disciplinaries and audits

Compensation:



Basic 38,000 - 42,000 Competitive Bonus scheme with On Target Earnings 52,000+
