We're on the lookout for a General Manager who can blend commercial drive with authentic leadership, someone who can lead from the front, inspire high performance, and embed a five-star guest experience into everything we do.

What you'll be responsible for:
Leading a talented team across rooms, food & beverage, and front-of-house to deliver exceptional, warm and consistent service
Driving commercial results through smart revenue management, proactive sales, and cost control
Being the face of the hotel - engaging with guests, the local community and our IHG brand partners
Creating a culture of ownership, accountability, and development - building tomorrow's leaders today
Overseeing brand standards, compliance, guest feedback and operational excellence
Championing sustainability and innovation as we continue to evolve the voco brand experience
Atlantic Gate, our signature restaurant and bar, is central to the hotel's identity. With its relaxed all-day dining concept, creative seasonal menus, and lively atmosphere, it's more than just a dining space-it's a destination for guests and locals alike. You'll play a key role in ensuring the F&B operation is profitable, consistent, and memorable, working closely with your Head Chef and F&B team to drive standards, creativity, and guest loyalty.
What we're looking for:
A proven General Manager or Hotel Leader with experience in upscale or lifestyle properties
Commercially sharp, with a strong grasp of revenue strategy, cost control and guest satisfaction
A people-first leader who thrives on developing others, creating positive cultures, and getting the best from diverse teams
An eye for detail with the ability to step back and think big picture
Familiarity with IHG systems or branded hotel environments is a bonus
Someone who can blend the style of voco with the operational edge of Valor
