Summary
Allson Wholesale are seeking a motivated General Worker to join our team in GLENROTHES. This role is vital in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth service delivery, aligning with our commitment to excellence in the drinks industry.
Responsibilities:
Assist with stock management and inventory control.
Support warehouse operations and logistics.
Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace.
Provide administrative support as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Handle basic data entry and clerical tasks.
Support delivery schedules and customer service activities.
Contribute to a positive team environment.
Training within our Buying Department will be mentored
Qualifications
Proven office experience with strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace is a plus.
Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
Excellent communication and phone etiquette.
Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently.
Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
A proactive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
