Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. You will be responsible for performing various physical tasks to assist with the completion of our projects. This is a temporary position, potentially leading to regular work, with competitive pay based on experience.

Our main task will involve sheeting maize silage for anaerobic digestion facilities.

Duties:
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of sites
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met

Requirements:
- WE DO NOT REQUIRE GCSE'S
- Previous experience in a physical environment preferred but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
