About the Role

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable General Operative to join our Reconditioned team at our Bathgate site.

In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for sorting, repairing, and manufacturing pallets using various tools and equipment. You'll play a key role in ensuring high-quality output is maintained in line with production targets and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Sort, repair, and manufacture pallets to meet required specifications Set up and maintain efficient workstations throughout your shift Conduct checks to ensure tools and equipment are safe and report any defects Follow daily instructions and complete tasks delegated by Supervisors and Managers Maintain a high level of output and product quality Adhere to Health & Safety procedures and wear PPE at all times Maintain a clean and organised work area Work collaboratively to support team and site processes Represent the company values in all interactions with colleagues and stakeholders

What We're Looking For

A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic Good attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team High level of Health & Safety awareness Reliable and punctual, with excellent timekeeping Previous experience in a manual labour or production role is beneficial
