Pure Fitout is sourcing a general operative to work Along side the already established team of general operatives working in a busy Yard, the role will be to work alongside the Halt team supplying

fire-retardant treated wood and timber

to many of the top timber and builders' merchants across Ireland and the UK. All timber is

treated on-site at their facility just outside Belfast

before being delivered to customers to the highest safety and quality standards.

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced

General Operative

to join our client's busy team. This is a hands-on role, working with large industrial machinery and supporting the production process from timber treatment through to loading for delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate large industrial machinery for timber fire treatment (training provided on specialist equipment) Move and manage Wood Deliveries with the Forklift Handle timber products safely and efficiently in a warehouse environment Load and unload deliveries using a forklift Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area Adhere to strict health & safety procedures at all times Assist with general production and site operations as required

Requirements:

Previous experience working in a busy warehouse or manufacturing environment Experience working with large industrial machinery Valid forklift licence (counterbalance or equivalent) Strong knowledge of site health & safety practices Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
