General Operative , up to \xc2\xa311.50 an hr week plus OT paid at x1.5. Days Monday to Friday, early finish on a Friday. immediate start from Interview available

General Operative location: Bradford

The Company has gone through rapid growth in recent years and have a reputation for quality and are market leaders in the conversions they specialise in. The manufacturing facility has seen significant investment and as a result, the working conditions and equipment are excellent that can\xe2\x80\x99t be matched by many in the local area. An General Operative is needed due to an extensive order book that is full for the next two years with further projects going for tender.

Duties of the General operative :

  • Operating machinery
  • Assisting fitters
  • Moving vehicles
  • Assisting the decommissioning team as and when required along with other departments
  • Safely manage the waste and material movement both internally & externally across the site
  • Moving goods
  • Ability to manage and priorities own workload effectively
Experience of the General Operative :
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy
  • Ability to drill and be confident using hand and power tools
  • Previous experience of working in an engineering environment desirable
  • Ensures deadlines are met whilst working under pressure
  • Excellent team player
What\xe2\x80\x99s in return for the General Operative role:
  • Up to \xc2\xa311.50 an hour
  • 37 hours basic and overtime available at 1.5
  • Regular days, early finish on a Friday.
  • Ongoing training provided to up-skill further
