Job Overview

To work with and alongside a dynamic team specialising in production of joinery items. The role involves physical work and requires individuals who are dedicated and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Prepare to learn company manufacturing procedures and work with joiners, assemblers and CNC operatives across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

Assist joiners and machinists with general manufacturing duties. Prepare and load materials. Driving of company vehicles to deliver goods to sites and collect from suppliers. Develop skills by learning to operate various factory machinery. Maintain a high level of housekeeping. Adhere to all company health and safety policies. Ensure your work area is kept clean, tidy and free from hazards. Safely handle and store materials, tools and equipment. Attend weekly production meetings. Any other duties as required.

Key Requirements

Essential:

Full clean driving licence. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work as part of a team to achieve objectives. Strong time management and organisational skills. Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques and processes.

Desirable:

Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably utilising wood-based products.
