Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive General Operative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various operational tasks within our facility, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in the day-to-day operations of the facility, including production line support and material handling. Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations. Operate machinery and equipment as required, ensuring proper usage and maintenance. Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards. Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and improve processes. Report any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly to ensure minimal disruption in operations.

Experience

Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is advantageous but not essential. Familiarity with health and safety regulations is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills. Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities as needed.
