Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable General Operative to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. Duties

Carry out various tasks within the production area, including assembly, packing, and quality control. Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, following all operational guidelines. Maintain a clean and organised work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Assist with the loading and unloading of materials as required. Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to meet production targets. Report any issues or malfunctions with equipment to the appropriate personnel promptly. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times to ensure a safe working environment.

Experience

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is advantageous but not essential. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills. Flexibility in working hours, including the ability to work shifts as required.
