Ogden Transteel is a successful steel stockholder business based in Stanningley which has been family run for the last 40 years. Based at our Stanningley site, we have a General Operative Office / Steel Yard position available. The role is to ensure all customer orders are fulfilled working in a fast-paced steel yard environment. Hours of work are 08:00-16:30 Monday to Friday plus overtime
Main tasks will include:
General office administration which will mainly consist of taking incoming telephone / email enquiries and logging enquiries Assisting the steel yard operatives with the dispatch of orders as and when required Working as part of a team Maintain high levels of Health and Safety at all times
20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
Must be computer literate.
Experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
