Contract Type: PAYE Only (NAECI Categorised) Grade 3

About Us:



Laker Vent Ltd is a mechanical contractor operating within the engineering construction industry. We specialise in the installation of highly regulated process piping systems, serving blue chip clients across the Power & Energy, Pharmaceutical, and Petrochemical industries.

The Role



We're looking for a reliable and experienced General Operative to support site operations on a project based in Thurrock. Y

Requirements

:

IPAF

CPCS card

CCNSG Safety Passport OR CSCS card

Rates & Allowances:



Contract Type: PAYE - NAECI Categorised Rates (2025) - Grade 3

Hourly Bonus: 2.37/hour (subject to all hours worked) Additional 2.00 loyalty payment per worked hour will be paid every quarter (3 months), Travel & Fares: Paid as per NAECI guidelines Lodge - 80/night (taxable over 50.81)
Working Hours (2-week rota):

Week 1:

Mon: 8 hrs Tue-Fri: 11.5 hrs/day Sat-Sun: 8 hrs/day
Week 2:

Mon-Wed: 11.5 hrs/day Thurs: 8 hrs/day Fri-Sun: OFF
