Please note that due to the requirements of our Gambling Licence, all applicants must be aged 18 or over.

We are currently recruiting for a General Operative / Team Member to work at our Majestic Bingo Club in Worcester. This will be mainly diner work with a willingness to learn other departments and with weekend flexibility. You will need to be friendly, enthusiastic, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service and standards.

The Role

Serving/preparing food and beverages Entertain and Keep our customers engaged Provide World Class Customer Service Meeting and greeting Customers Providing help and assistance to customers Selling Bingo Books/packages Giving change Providing customer service on the bingo hall floor Ensuring all fruit machines are kept clean and presentable A willingness to call bingo once you have been fully trained in this area Any other duties to support the smooth running of the Club

The Person

Experience of working with food and beverages Customer service experience (ideally in bingo or in the hospitality/entertainment industry) Good communication skills Cash handling experience A good work ethos: Are you happy to help out and go the extra mile Punctual Hard working And have a smart appearance

The Pay and Hours

This is a permanent position after completion of a probationary period.

Rate of pay is 12.21 per hour.

Actual working days and hours to be determined at interview.

We operate a fully flexible working pattern over 7 days and our main bingo sessions tend to be evenings from around 5.30pm until 11pm and afternoon working usually between 11am and 3pm.
