12.30 Starting rate and then increase on successful completion of Probation period to 12.60 per hour

Friday 6:00 am - 11:30 am
Full-time, Permanent | 37.5 hours per week
The purpose of this role is to ensure all fired cores are unpacked from the saggars, using the correct procedure to encourage low scrap rates. Ensuring all documentation is up to date and quantities are reported correctly through IFS in a timely manner.
Responsibilities: Highlight any issues to maintenance through the maintenance request system.
Operate any machinery, consumables or internal vehicles safely.
To work to any relevant SOPs / SPIs.
When working on jobs that require it, correctly and efficiently complete your operator bookings.
Maintain a clean, organised working environment.
Ensure work is carried out safely and report all near misses.
Adhere to Company regulations, rule and procedures.
Report to the Cell Leader/Module Leader any issues which may impact on the ability of manufacturing to achieve the plan.
Take part in continuous improvement projects.
Work with other team members to provide support.
To be fully trained in at least 2 areas within and attend annual refreshers. To be flexible and move between your trained processes when requested.
Encourage 'think SAFE' at all times and report any concerns regarding H&S immediately.
To be committed to the Group-wide ethics and compliance programme, RBP; ensuring a common approach to doing business the right way and adhering at all times to the core elements of the programme - values, policies/guidance, training/education and compliance risk assessment.
Perform any other reasonable duties that may be required from time to time.
Qualifications: Good understanding of Written and Verbal English
