We are seeking a Practice Nurse to:
Role Description
Lead Infection Prevention initiatives Deliver patient-centered care for long-term conditions Implement preventative nursing interventions
Key Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with the practice team to meet patient needs Support the implementation of policies and procedures
