Job Description

We are looking for an Experienced Practice Nurse to join our progressive and innovative General Practice and Minor Injuries Unit (MIU) team in the beautiful seaside town of St Ives in Cornwall. We currently have a nursing team of Healthcare Assistants, Practice Nurses & Nurse Practitioners providing the nursing expertise we need both for General Practice and our Minor Injuries Unit. If you have the necessary experience, drive and enthusiasm to become both part of our fantastic team as an Experienced Practice Nurse we would like to hear from you.

Practice Nurse with experience in GP Surgery

(Essential)



Treatment Room Skills

(Essential)



Undertake chronic disease reviews, including diabetes, COPD, asthma, heart failure, learning disabilities, etc. (Desirable or willing to train)



2 years+ working as Practice Nurse in General Practice (Desirable)

Cervical Screening Training/Qualification (Desirable or willing to train)

Childhood & Travel Immunisation Training/Qualification (Desirable or willing to train)

Non-Medical Prescribing/ Masters (Desirable or willing to train)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 22.25 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
