Work in a Collaborative, High-Performing GP Practice

Location: Kettering and Mawsley Sessions: 4 per week: all day Tuesday and all day Wednesday Salary: Competitive, based on skills and experience, up to 12,000 per session pa
We are a large, innovative GP practice in Kettering with a branch in Mawsley village, seeking a Salaried GP to join our friendly, multidisciplinary team. With a strong emphasis on teamwork, we've built a practice culture that values shared decision-making, open communication, and mutual support across all roles.

What We're Looking For

GMC registered GP Ability to travel between two sites as required, must have own transport Strong commitment to teamwork and collaborative working High clinical standards with excellent communication skills Interest in mentoring, teaching, or service development is a bonus
