Cosmetic and General Associate Dentist with Mentoring (Part-time) MONDAYS, WEDNESDAYS AND FRIDAYS

We are a private and specialist dental care provider based in Totley, Sheffield.

Develop as a cosmetic and general dentist under the mentorship of Dr Deleep Basi, Specialist in Prosthodontics and Practice Principal.

Direct mentorship:

1:1 case planning, shadowing, and feedback with Dr Basi each week. Ability to shadow registered specialists in prosthodontists, orthodontist, oral surgeon, and restorative dentistry.

Manage your own general and aesthetic cases with professional support and guidance.

Paid to learn:

40% associate split.

Premium setting:

High-end multi-disciplinary specialist private practice.

Master treatment planning:

Learn advanced aesthetic workflows with structure and support from vastly experienced clinical team, supported by our caring practice team.

What you will do

Treat general patients and screen cosmetic consultations. Keep the cases you can treat, refer and be mentored on those beyond your skillset. Communicate clearly with patients; set expectations and celebrate outcomes. Maintain accurate notes, photos, and before/after images to build your case portfolio. See patients on Mondays and Wednesdays. Mentorship takes place on Fridays. As you progress, Fridays will transition into a clinical day.

What you will bring

GDC registration and right to work in the UK (practicing dentist). Strong interest in cosmetic and holistic care. Coachable, growth-minded, and patient-orientated approach. Excellent chairside manner and time management. Willingness to feature in our video marketing materials.
