We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a General Office Administrator/Receptionist. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our team. This is a part time position with opportunities for growth and development.
Duties:
- Running front desk + Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff members
- Greeting visitors and providing them with necessary information
- Managing and organizing office files and documents
- Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate records for accounts
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders as needed
- Performing general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Providing administrative support to various departments as required
Experience:
- Previous experience in an office administration role is essential
- Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry and record keeping sage and excel
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Working Hours
Monday - Friday 9:30 - 14:30
Holidays
21 Days Holiday + BH (after 5 years service holidays change to 26 days holiday + BH)
