Job Summary
As an Accounts Clerk, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our financial records, ensuring accuracy, and compliance with financial regulations. Your keen eye for detail and organisational skills will help us keep our finances in check.
General Tasks
- Process and record financial transactions, including invoices, payments, subcontractors time sheets and receipts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and journals
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Perform data entry and maintain financial databases & spreadsheets
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless financial operations
Requirements:
- Experience with financial software (e.g., Sage, Microsoft, client portals)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and teamwork skills
