Duties

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service Lead and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance management Manage food preparation and cooking processes to uphold quality standards Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations Coordinate food production activities and monitor kitchen processes Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery Organise staff schedules and optimise team productivity Monitor inventory levels and oversee stock control Implement health and safety policies across the establishment Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth

Qualifications

Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting Strong team management and leadership skills Extensive restaurant experience, including food preparation, cooking, and service roles such as serving or barista work Knowledge of food safety standards and food production processes Experience with kitchen operations and culinary procedures is highly desirable Background in hospitality or hotel management is advantageous Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal) A proactive approach with the ability to motivate staff and drive operational excellence
