A rare opportunity has come up to join one of East Devon's most respected destination venues as General Restaurant Manager -- a role that blends hands-on service leadership with broader operational oversight across a unique hospitality offering.
This family-run restaurant-with-rooms has built a loyal following for its warm, thoughtful service, seasonal food, and relaxed but refined atmosphere. Featured in the Michelin Guide, the venue delivers a dining experience comparable with one Michelin Star -- though without the pretension or pressure of chasing awards.
You'll be the driving force on the floor, ensuring smooth restaurant service and leading a small front-of-house team. Alongside this, you'll take a broader operational view -- supporting the day-to-day running of the guest experience across the venue, including check-ins, breakfast service, and back-of-house coordination.

Due to the rural location, own transport is essential, and staff accommodation is not available.
