General Sales Manager

to lead this exciting venture.

XPENG is at the cutting edge of electric mobility, blending smart technology with premium design. As General Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing this innovative brand to market, shaping the dealership's culture, and driving its success from day one.

About the role

Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to deliver outstanding results and customer satisfaction. Drive new and used car sales performance, profitability, and compliance with KPIs. Oversee the full sales process from enquiry to handover, ensuring a seamless customer journey. Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to maximise showroom and online traffic. Build strong relationships with the manufacturer and Brindley Group management. Ensure the dealership upholds the highest standards of presentation, professionalism, and brand alignment.
Candidate requirements

Proven experience in a sales management role within the automotive industry. A strong understanding of modern retailing and customer-centric sales approaches. Inspirational leadership and people development skills. A passion for innovation, technology, and delivering excellence. A proactive mindset, ready to take ownership of a new franchise launch.
