Job Summary

Aramark UK is hiring a General Service Assistant to join our Defence sector team at Glencorse Barracks. This is a part-time maternity cover role until November 2025, with the possibility of extension. You'll be working 24 hours per week across 4 days, including occasional weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve food and beverages to customers in a friendly and professional manner. Operate tills and handle cash/card payments. Maintain cleanliness in dining and serving areas. Support both front and back-of-house operations. Follow health and safety procedures. Report to the on-site Catering Manager.

Requirements:

Previous food service or customer-facing experience is desirable (training provided). Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the UK. Must have lived in the UK for 3+ years (security clearance required). Reliable transport is essential due to limited public transport access
