Job Description

As a Laser Tag Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of laser tag operations within the entertainment facility. This role requires a combination of leadership, customer service, and technical skills to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and organized laser tag experience for participants.

Hours: Weekends 1030-1930 & weekdays 1530-1930

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision and Leadership:

Lead and supervise a team of laser tag attendants, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated.

Delegate tasks and responsibilities to staff members effectively.

Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Customer Service:

Provide excellent customer service by addressing participant inquiries, concerns, and requests.

Ensure a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.

Operational Management:

Oversee the setup and breakdown of laser tag equipment and game arena.

Conduct regular equipment checks and maintenance to ensure proper functioning.

Monitor and manage game schedules to optimize participant experience.

Safety and Compliance:

Enforce safety rules and regulations to ensure a secure laser tag environment.

Conduct regular safety briefings for participants and staff.

Respond promptly to emergency situations and follow established safety protocols.

Training:

Train new staff on laser tag procedures, rules, and safety protocols.

Provide ongoing training to existing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Sales and Marketing:

Promote and upsell laser tag packages to customers.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies.

Quality Control:

Monitor and assess the quality of laser tag games and participant experiences.

Implement improvements based on feedback and observations.

Inventory Management:

Track and manage inventory of laser tag equipment, vests, and other related items.

Coordinate with the procurement team to replenish supplies as needed.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From 13.40 per hour
